SHOPPING INFORMATION

How long does it take to get my flooring installed?

Because Floors USA stocks millions of square feet of hardwood, carpet, area rugs, tile, stone and more, your new floor can be installed in less time than most of our competitors. Once you have made a selection, our professionally trained measuring service will measure the areas you want completed and one of our expert flooring consultants will provide you with an exact cost for your flooring project.  If the material you chose is in stock, typically your new floor will be installed within days of your measurement. If you chose something that needs to be special-ordered, generally the lead time will be a couple of weeks.

Can I purchase flooring online?

Yes.  If you knows exactly what you want and how much you need you can purchase online.  Every order is reconfirmed prior to charging your credit card.  Other than area rugs which we ship nationwide, we only ship in 50 mile radius from King of Prussia, PA and we will provide you with a custom quote for shipping.  If you’d like to purchase any other flooring products from the comfort of your home, please call 610-757-4000 and a representative will help you make a telephone order that can be picked up or delivered.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

How does Floors USA’s price guarantee work?

If you find a lower price on any in stock floor or area rug we will match the price and credit you 150% of the difference. The fine print (notice how you can actually read ours): Applies to in stock material only and must be on the identical item. Does not apply to internet pricing. Applies to local competitors only and customer must present a current print ad from a legitimate media source and/or a written quote from a local competitor. Excludes labor, excludes previous sales. credit will be applied to order and if credit exceeds the balance on order then credit will be issued in the form of a store credit. We reserve the right to terminate price match guarantee at any time for any reason and/or refuse to match a price for any reason.

When will I receive my rug?

Standard size rug orders are shipped via UPS ground service and typically take 2 to 5 business days to be processed before they leave the warehouse. Once your item has shipped it can take anywhere from 2 to 7 business days for UPS to complete the delivery. Oversized items are shipped special delivery and you can call customer service for a time estimate: 1-888-968-7784

When will my account be charged?

Your credit card will be charged at the point of purchase.

Is Buying On-Line Safe?

Yes. Floors USA follows strict security and privacy guidelines that make buying online secure and reliable.

ORDERS AND RETURNS

How do I place an Order?

We try to make it as easy as possible to purchase from FloorsUSA.  You can always come into our showroom and pick out products and purchase in the traditional manner.  We also encourage you to purchase online.  People who know exactly what they want and how much can call in buy online.  No orders will go out until they are confirmed and since there may be additional charges for shipping or installation we may need to visit the home or job site to get final pricing.

Can you explain Shipping and Installation Quotes?

First, we only ship in a 50 mile radius except for commercial projects and large jobs.  Second, our shipping costs are very low but we need to quote based on the product.  Some items are much heavier than others and may require a slight increase in cost.  Installation always needs to be quoted because each project is unique.  We’ve installed millions of square feet of tile, carpet, hardwood, vinyl, cork, etc. so we promise that you will get a fair and professional installation job.  

Do I need an account to place an order?

No.  We accept phone orders but setting up an account is free and easy.  It allows to search and save products that you like to your favorites. Since most customers order more than once and account can help you track your orders and see your history of products liked or purchased.

Do you accept appointments?

Yes, we have flooring experts and designers available to consult with you. Appointments are welcomed but you can walk in during our business hours and a designer will be available to meet with you.
