We just had our new carpet installed this week and it is beyond incredible. We are so pleased. The carpet we selected has a geometic pattern and the installers did an amazing job matching the pattern as well as the steps. I keep looking for the seams and cannot find them. Job well done! Working with Floors USA has been a pleasure and they are so responsive. We have also used Floors USA for our Cortex flooring downstairs a little over a year ago and another incredible job. I would highly recommend USA flooring! Stephanie the store manager was fantastic. Communication and service 5 star. We were in a rush to remove the carpet and install hard surface flooring in my elderly parents home. Stephanie assisted in product selection, expedited ordering and scheduling installation. Lenny, the install foreman and his team were professional, well mannered and very skillful at their trade. We are very happy with the end result and the entire process to get us there!

I had a runner made for my steps. The carpet we found was beautiful. The binding matches perfectly and the installation guys were professional, efficient and cleaned up after themselves. I am very happy with this whole process. ( I have had carpet installed by Floors USA in King of Prussia before and I can honestly say that that was also an excellent experience).

I needed area rugs but for odd shapes and sizes so I went to Floors USA. I worked with Martin who was amazing. He helped me find affordable choices and then had them cut and bound to fit the rooms. He even got them installed prior to the holidays! It was a great experience.

At settlement for my new house I realized the existing carpets were disgusting and I wanted it redone before my move in date. They had a low pressure sales process and the production team accommodated my very tight timeline. Installers were on time, friendly, and cleaned up well. They did a great job and worked tirelessly. I purchased two rugs from sample rolls on the floor. The salespeople were helpful and the cutting and binding were exact. But the best accolades go to the installation team. Javier and his three men were so fast and neat and careful not to damage anything. I'll definitely use Floors USA again!

Javier and his crew did an outstanding job of installing what was scheduled to be a 2 day installation in just one day, moving a great deal of heavy furniture out of the way and then back in place when the job was done. They were efficient, cooperative and did a flawless job of installing our carpet. We would definitely request them for any future installation.

We started out working with Jim Dougherty in the showroom in KOP. Jim is literally the most down to earth and patient person you’ll ever come across! We must have come in & out of the store a hundred times. And he never rushed us, helped us with taking samples home, until finally after months, we found the perfect floor! We can never thank him enough. And on top of that, the guys who were here to install were just top notch. Very respectful and extremely detail oriented. We were very pleasantly surprised. Floors USA is great place for flooring needs!! Josh is super helpful in picking out LVP flooring for my mom's condo that got water damage from the unit above and needed to be replaced. Josh went over and above as he helped us work with the condo association to make that the products we chose met the specs required by the condo association. If you have never gone thru a condo association, I cannot explain how valuable and important this was!!! Definitely go and check them out in KOP.

I had a SUPERB experience at Floors USA. In March we replaced our kitchen floor with a beautiful Coretec floor. Just a few weeks ago, we re-carpeted an office/waiting room on our lower level, as well as our family room on our main level. Melissa Fein was our sales associate. Melissa is a master of fine carpeting. She guided me every step of the way to exactly what I wanted. All three installation crews were extremely thorough, fastidious, and very kind. I would recommend Floors USA to everyone and would not hesitate to use them for any project in the future.

Highly recommend the Floors USA Group from the front desk w/Michelle to salesman David Raskob. Took all the time we needed patiently. When order arrived it was 2 boxes short and David drove those to our home as a courtesy. Overall, I had a great experience. My experience with Floors USA was unique to some others due to the ownership showed by Jeff, who came to provide the estimate, took time to walk me through everything I needed to do to prepare and responded to every text or phone call I had before and during the installation. The install team did a good job and even my building engineer commented on the quality work as part of my association work inspection. The only thing the install team could have done better was better expectation management of when the job would be finished since I needed to coordinate with a plumber to have my stove and fridge hooked back up.
