Orders are shipped via UPS ground service and typically take 2 to 5 days to be processed before they leave the warehouse. Once your item has shipped it can take anywhere from 2 to 7 business days for UPS to complete the delivery. Tracking numbers are sent via email after a purchase so you can track your order and delivery times.

Braided and other custom rugs may take 2 to 3 weeks for delivery.
If you are unable to receive your rug when it is delivered, UPS may leave it at the residence or leave a note.
Oversized rugs that cannot be shipped with UPS standard ground shipping will be shipped by LTL trucking. These orders may take up to 2 weeks from shipment date to be delivered. LTL will contact you directly in order to schedule your delivery. Your rug will be delivered to your curb and it will be your responsibility to bring the rug into your home.

Your rug pad will be sent separtely from your rug. Though we will jointly process the entire order immediately upon receipt, your pad and rug may arrive on different days.
Rug pads that have already been opened may not be returned. If you choose to return a rug and have already opened your pad, we will subtract the cost of the pad from your refund.
