Please Note:

• We cannot currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada or the Caribbean Islands.
• Braided and other custom rugs may take 2 to 3 weeks for delivery.
• If you are unable to receive your rug when it is delivered, UPS may leave it at the residence or leave a note.
• Oversized rugs that cannot be shipped with UPS standard ground shipping will be shipped by LTL trucking. These orders may take up to 2 weeks from shipment date to be delivered. LTL will contact you directly in order to schedule your delivery. Your rug will be delivered to your curb and it will be your responsibility to bring the rug into your home.

Under every great rug, there's great rug pad. At least there should be! That's why, if you spend $149 or more on a rug, we'll send you the matching rug pad for free!

Here's five great reasons why you should use a pad:

1. Safety: A rug pad is  great way to make sure that your rug doesn't slip, and that you won't slip with it!

2. Rug longevity: A rug pad cushions the fibers on the underside of your rug, keeping them firm and resiliant for years.

3. Floor protection: The pad provides a barrier between your rug and your floor, reducing wear and tear caused by friction, dye transfer and more.

4. Added comfort: A rug pad provides added cushioning for those aching feet.

5. Easy cleaning: If you've ever tried vacuuming a rug sans rug pad, this one needs no explanation. If you haven't, take our word for it!

A couple more details:

• This promotion excludes clearance rugs and outdoor rugs.
• Your rug pad will be sent separtely from your rug. Though we will jointly process the entire order immediately upon receipt, your pad and rug may arrive on different days.
• Rug pads that have already been opened may not be returned. If you choose to return a rug and have already opened your pad, we will subtract the cost of the pad from your refund.
