Floors USA's Lifetime Installation Warranty
Floors USA Installation Services warrants all carpet labor for the LIFETIME of your floor. Floors USA Installation Services guarantees that the quality of workmanship will be professional and in keeping with industry standards. This warranty applies to installation of new carpet purchased from Floors USA and installed by Floors USA Installation Services own installers over pad purchased at Floors USA, or direct glued to the customer’s floors. The warranty is non transferable and only valid for original owner occupied residential installations.
Types of services performed at no charge under the terms of this warranty include the remaking of seams which gap, unravel, or fray; restretching of carpet which wrinkles; and replacement or repair of transition materials (metals, vinyl strips, etc.) which may become loose. Please note that in most installations seams are necessary. Our experts have been trained to minimize these seams; however seams are inevitable and are not invisible.
This warranty does not apply to repairs necessitated by abuse, improper maintenance or cleaning, flooding, excessive moisture, subfloor movement, scratching, vandalism, or by customers’ own repairs and/or damage caused by other trades.
The purchaser agrees to inspect the materials prior to installation in order to make certain that the floors delivered are the style(s) and color(s) you chose in our store, and are free of very obvious flaws and defects.
